15% if you want to fail. No warning just An accident near the end. Most hosts will never know it was intentional and will restart at least twice. 1/2 the time we never get that far before you or someone else fails a couple of times.

 

No host deserves 55% on any heist. 15% is the host trolling. My friends and I will troll you back. We ready up without complaint. You wont even know we're trolling.

 

If you are generous and offer 25% I will then tell you to split the cut 3 ways and I'll play for 0

I would've helped with the set-ups, but i was too busy helping another random host with his set-ups. And much like most hosts, was not invited back to the finale. And if you are not inviting the crew back that got you to your finale, then you are no better than the host that screwed all of us over as well.

 

And that hate knife cuts both ways. Its a common trend these days, have people help with the set-ups and never invite them back to the finale. So the way a lot of us see it, you owe somebody that 20% and that somebody is now us, the new crew that was invited to the finale. This is why no one wants to help random hosts with the set-ups.....we're being used and getting cut out of finales. So when we do land in a finale, we expect to get paid.

 

And lastly, i am worth 20%, easily ! If you want a litmus test, set it to player saved outfits, there you will see if the crew is heist ready. If the players have the heavy combat armor. that should tell you that the crew has a clue. If not, then chances are the crew members are clueless. But that also goes for the random hosts too. More times than i care to count, the random host does not used player saved outfits.....and that is a dead give-away that i am worth far more than the host him/herself. If you expect me to hang around for several failed attempts, then you will pay me the 20% that i am worth. Other than that, its not worth my time of effort.

 

Remember, supply and demand....hired help is scarce, random hosts ? A dime a dozen.

15% plus Normal is just really a ripoff. 40-20-20-20 is fair to me despite players did not go on setups but all I want to do is to pass the heist and get paid so there 20 for others when im host since I had the spare money for armor and ammo anyway.

Yeah they do.And yeah, I was pretty bored.But seriously, I wanna feel like I'm valued or something.Yeah, I hopped in for the finale.Yes I want 20%.But I wear Heavy Heist Vests everytime(if you set it to Player Saved Outfits, if you didn't, I at least tried to make you set it..), I have 10 spare armors in my inventory, the minigun which is very useful because it hasn't got to be reloaded,very high rate of fire, etc.Also, maximum health since I'm above level 100.Maximum Strength too.

 

Last but not least...tons of experience I gained while playing this particular finale(it's my favorite heist so far..).

Also, I'm versatile.I can do it using the bikes, a random sports car, an armored Kuruma, basically everything.

 

I doubt a level 20-30 guy knows all these things.Even if he/she does he/she still hasn't unlocked the minigun for example, he/she can't carry 10 armors, etc.

 

So...that's why I demand 20%.Seriously, I'm too rich to even care that much about 75k, all I care about is respect and the feeling of being valued.So that's why 20% is my sweet spot.

Heres another definition of greedy host to me. Despite my friend and I did 4 setups for Pacific Standard heist the greedy host did not raise the cut and kept it to 15% so we left as not worth it. Hosts should pay their crew well so they will be more motivated to pass the heist for all of them.

They look at it the same as me, I lead the crew and have the most money so I should be the one coming out of pocket to host the heists for them until they can afford to do so. However, even with my bank account sitting on millions they think it's fair that I get 25 percent off heists.

 

We have been known to give ourselves like ten percent cuts to help out members who were saving up for something.

This guy I add invites me to the Humane Raids Finale, and then he told me he's gonna give em 0%.

 

He thought me being level 108 meant being rich.

 

I had to fight with him for a decent cut, and he ups it... to 5%. And another random too.

Had a guy hosting the prison break finale, he was level 30-something if I remember correctly and he set the difficulty to easy.

We all readied up at 15% but he set ut then to 10/30/30/30 with him getting 10%. Wow!
