If I'm not happy with the cut, I'll politely negotiate. If we don't come to agreement, I leave (you know, because no one is forcing me to stay if I'm not happy). And that's it folks! Nothing more to it. I wish more kids would follow that example, instead of throwing a fit and wasting other people's time trying to prove something.

Damn right I'm special... People who have talent, specializing in all categories including efficient piloting, hacking, etc... whom rarely die in heists deserve 20%. Quit being greedy, if you encounter someone who keeps fumbling the heists, consider dropping the percentage on the next heist if ya don't kick em.

When I was working my way through my last heist as a leader I encountered morons like some that have come into here. I left it at 15 per cent. And then kept getting messages about raising it. Then some stupid prick came onto his microphone saying how he wouldn't work for less than 20 per cent. As if he was so god damned special.

I must have wasted hours just sitting on that f*cking lobby screen waiting for people to join, and then getting sh*t ant messages from waste of a bollock twats who don't deserve an xbox console let alone a copy of the game.

I bring efficiency, speed, previous heist experience, and an awesome KDR to the table. I expect no less than 20%. If not...

I fail the mission intentionally on the very last part. I repeat until the leader realizes he's being trolled for being a selfish prick changing the payout at the very last second and hitting continue. It's So fun to hear them scream because I wouldn't go into the yellow marker. I just honk.

Honk honk

Honk honk honk

Honk honk Honk honk

Honk honk!

You thought I did not notice you changing the cut to 0% at the very last second? Yeah right think again!

Fleeca job - don't get under the choppah

Prison - crash the plane/chopper, or die running Rambo mode in prison

Humane - drown, crash, or not shoot

Series a is not a heist

Pacific - drop dead at the cliffs

dropping dead at the cliffs may make people think you a noob I prefer to take swim under water near the boat and forget to come up for air... Did that a little while ago to someone who dropped my cut last second

With a bunch of friends who stick with me I don't mind getting 10%. I am rich and the others are beggars.

Let them buy the line green Zenporno from my cut.

With randoms I want at least the standard cut.

If it's a finale with vehicles I haven't unlocked yet, I just accept it and complete the mission.

Otherwise, I won't ready up until I get a reasonable cut. If the host doesn't increase my cut when time runs out, I troll, half-ass the mission, or die near the end.

Just did the same thing. I helped the son of a bitch on the last setup and just before he launched he dropped everyone down to 10%. I played like normal, grabbed my Kuruma and drove all the way up to the Dinghy and parked it underwater.

Since you don't even have experience on all the heists and as it seems , you are a finale hopper, i really hope that the reasonable cut for you is 15%.

Anyway 15% is still the way to go for those who just joined the finale.

No. Just no. I don't do setup missions just for someone else to join and go "ill take 15% because i didn't do it". Demand 20% to prevent scumbag moves like that.

People who don't do setups demand more? Why? They're lucky I ain't even kicking them off.

How is giving 15% something that can be described as harshly as a scumbag move?

In every heist apart from Pacific Standard, the host will lost out on money if it's not 55/ 15/ 15/ 15.

Take Humane Labs - total buy-in is $54,000 with $540,000 being the overall take. If the host is a bit generous, giving more than the default figure, choosing 40/ 20/ 20/ 20, then 40% of that total cut = $216,000 - 54k buy in = $162,000 profit.

There's five setup missions netting 25k each time ($125k) so if the host gave 20% ($108,000), a member's overall profit is $233,000 - much, much more than that of the host (71k more).

If it was 15% for members and 55% for host they're still not much better off... $206,000 for members and $297,000 (-54k) = $243,000 and yet this percentage doesn't seem to be enough for most members according to the posts and threads that are all over these forums.

Madness.

Ditching the people who did do the setup missions in order to justify paying people less. I've seen many hosts instead of inviting people from last heist, just spam the auto invite.

The payments you quoted are for normal difficulty. $675,000 is the actual money you make.

Meaning host still makes $270,000 or 216,000 after the buyin.

The others get $135,000 or $290,000 including setup money.

Stop playing with spare lives and you might actually make a damn profit.

The solution is to host your own greedy heist. Pay upfront and spend a half hour to an hour setting up while you get nothing. You can be as asinine as those demanding more than 15%. Just quit out and find someone else. Consider 20% for those who busted their as helping you set up. 25% only for special occasions such as elite challenges or awards.

If I join your heist, 15% is fair enough. I will demand more if I have spent more than a half an hour playing your heist while you or the rest of your crew continuously fail.

This.

If not I'll leave, feeling happy for the greedy leader(as he will get the cash he wants) and sad for the people that help him with low % cuts.

I always invite those back who help me with the setups and if they were there from the start they get a 20-25% as a form of thanks from me.

But if someone joins my lobby for the finale, while i had to suffer with the setup missions (yeah they can be a pain and take a while), than your demanding will only get you a kick. I'm a good player, so i can take the harder roles, and most of the time i only have to start 1 or 2 new lobbies until everyone accepts the 15% so it's not a loss to wait a few minutes, but make things fair.

As i said i'm a fair person. If you help me, i help you too.

But people only think about the money earned and forget the time and effort put into the setups to finally reach the finale. Not everyone plays with a crew (despite me being a leader of a 300 member crew...ah ironic, but i don't stay in touch with them) or have a lot of time to play the game.

And when you look at that this way 55 - 15 - 15 -15 is actually fair. 40 - 20 -20 -20 is generous.

I often have leaders try to pay me less just because I am a high rank, as its implying I have less of a need for money than they do. I am investing the same amount of time in this thing as they are and I deserve my fair share.

The leader gave the two low ranks whom did not even have their shooting stat maxed 25% while he left me at 15%. Chances are I am more skilled than the 3 of them combined and would end up fending off the bulk of the police forces during the escape, especially when it came to downing helicopters since they do not even have all their weapons unlocked.

I am not gonna carry their ass through the thing whilst they walk away with a large portion of my fair share.

You get what you pay for and if you want me working for you as your hired gun you better give me my fair share or I am not taking a single step forward till I do.

You want to pay people 10% - 15% go look for some rank 1 - 10 or something, they will gladly do it at that rate and most likely botch the mission as well, again you get what you pay for.

Mine is always 55/15/15/15

That's the fairest, because you shouldn't pay out more than you're receiving. 40/20/20/20 is basically you getting 60% and you keep 40%; when you're the one who paid 40k to do the heist.
