Perhaps he failed to troll you, a greedy crew member. Think about. Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha

I do it sometimes, when there is a f*cktard demanding more than he deserves.

Something tells me you waste a lot of time getting nothing done...

I generally host the heists most of the time but If that where the case I would ask them do they understand the concepts of teamwork and equality and if they don't no worries, play the heist and purposefully fail at the last minute wasting the guys time and trolling him. Simple. People who act like dicks get treated like dicks.

If the leader wants to be a greedy jack ass, he/she will just have to find another member.

I'm new to GTA Online, so when I did the Fleeca heist I was only level 12 or 13, so I was happy for what I got. I got carried so hard that even 40% was probably more than what I did.

But I imagine as I level and get more experience I'd probably be pissed at a greedy leader and most likely quit the crew and find another or if it was just me and him, tank it intentionally.

If you give me less than 20%, I will make sure that your heist will never succeed. Mwahahahaha!

20% for finale hopper. Rather cut off my d*ck.

i think we all want to cut that off for you.

I think 40/20 is a fair deal, with last minute randoms 15% is enough - I've been satisfied with that. If someone has made it through all the setups and been of a great assistance, I have no trouble giving 25%. I don't play it for the money, I play because I like it. I don't have much use for more money anymore (altough I'm only just lvl 116 or so, I just can't find anything interesting to buy). I have done all the heists as a host, but I usually play on others.

But what I noticed reading this thread, is that quite a few of you guys are something I loathe in GTAO. So I join a heist, and someone is not happy with their cut. They make people wait, play until the end and then leave abruptly, just waste of my time. I mean, have you ever considered that there are actually four people on heists? At least two guys are completely innocent for that stuff. You either take the leaders offer, or you don't. You don't make other guys wait for five minutes, then do the mission and then leave. That's just dumb, and it ruins those two guys game for no reason whatsoever. I manage to squeeze maybe an hour or two of game time couple of times a week when kidss are asleep, so it really sucks when someone is acting like a freaking drama queen.

A while ago I participated on a few last jobs on series a funding. Did them, didn't die, and got invited to final. Leader gave us 5%, and I politely asked for more. He started to shift them all over, and when he made it 40/20/20/20 I pressed ready, and went to get a beer from the fridge. Then he started to change them again, and it ended when he took my cut completely off at the end, and took it himself. So it was something like 80/10/10/0 at the end. I messaged him that it wasn't nice. And that I'd fail the mission in the end. He cried that he is sorry, and that he'll wire me money after the mission is over. I told him that I think he is full of sh*t, and played along. In the second part of the finale I kept shooting with Karins rear mounted gun at him in every possible turn. Didn't destroy his van, or kill him, but kept it interesting. I didn't quit, because it would have been rude to the other guys who were sincerily playin' along. I downed all the choppers, got easily platinum and was all around the best player, didn't die once. When he made it to the end, his car was a smoldering wreck and he ditched it into the creek by the bridge. Somehow he managed to get it up there, Luckily.

So the lesson here is, boys and girls, if you have issues with leader leave ASAP, it sucks to other players and it is you who will look like a.... well, not smart and reasonable if you fail it at the end.

I don't mind 15% as long as the leader maximises the final payout. What does annoy me is when I get an equal pay or less than a player that keeps on dying.

This is a true story of a host being greedy nit oh he didn't give me 20% because I hopped in the finale.

They locked the trolling finale hopper thread on page 7 and exactly the same things been happening here since page 3, where's the lock?

Depends. If it's friends or people that stuck with me through ALL of the setups, then I'll do 40/20/20/20. If it's just random people that joined at the main heist? It's going to be 55/15/15/15, non negotiable. I won't be a dick to people asking to increase the cut obviously, but I'm not going to change it either.

Nobody will guilt trip me... ever.

BUT, IF you are worth your salt, I will send you a friend request, and our heists are better than the randoms. We have lots of friends and usually play in close groups and we ALWAYS split 40 - 20% or 25%, based on who`s hosting - some of us are obscenely rich. You will have the choice of accepting or not, and be presented with a better version of this game. The cuts apply to anyone - the lvl 700 that has been with us since the start, or the new lvl 1 that stumbled into our finale.

But, as I said before, you will not guilt trip me. I will try to make up for you, but that would be your own choice, based on whatever hatred you might have against me or not. I will not lose any sleep one way or another.

When you troll a heist you aren't just trolling the greedy leader. You're trolling the other two members who just want to get on with it. I've been trolled at the end of heists and it doesn't feel good after wasting 20 something minutes just to fail at the end. it's better to just leave and find another heist than screw over innocent heist crew members.

Read the post above you. That way, assholes like GTAVNoob still get their ... "payment" and you get to do proper heists, not scraps from some greedy nobody on a high horse.

I said it there and I`ll say it here as well: I will not get guilt trapped, not today, not tomorrow, not in any way. I will make it up to you IF I think you are worth your salt. If you are not, well, you are not, but you will not stand between me and my goals, sorry.

Lol I thought this thread was closed.

You get what you're willing to pay for guys, at 15 percent or lower you won't get quality players. At 20 you'll at least have a better guarantee you'll get better player.

I recently joined a heist i didn't msg heist leader but he saw my level, k.d and fully maxed skills and said I'll give you 20 and the rest of the guys got 15; so what happened? It was a 30 min grief session of the other two trolling the helk out of the leader, they even waited till the end of the heist (P.S when we are parachuting to boat) and as we rode in the boat they shot his money bag until the final payout in total was 200k Lmao it was so funny.

You get what you're willing to pay for mate ;)

Rockstar PUT the recomended split right there on darn board.

55-15-15-15.

I always ready up for 15%.

Even if Im better skilled than the rest of the team.

When I host I pay 40-20-20-20.

That is being generous.

If you ask for 25%.I kick you, block you,and take you off my friends list.

I play all setups on hard couple that with the finale thats pretty good scratch for a crew member, considering host made nothing, paid for setup cost and crew quitting, restarts.

I recently ran into a greedy human.

He expected all of us to have 5%.

I messaged him saying "Grow up, you greedy f*ck."

Then left with a rainbow leaving my ass. I hope he enjoyed it up in the clouds.

Feel bad for the other 2 guy's though. ;[

15% is default. If you didn't do the default work (setups), you don't deserve default payment.

Wasn`t it because of the finale hoppers?

So, which one is it? Finale hoppers, default, or lacking entitlement?

As for your earlier post - nah - it`s better to troll the hell out of assholes. Probably they`ll never learn, but it gives you the time to see which one of the other 2 deserves a friend invite.

As to all in here that are stupid enough to buy into his arguments - he is getting paid regardless, based on total heist payment. He would have been paid THE SAME, with you being from mission one, just as you are just in his finale. He is not losing money if he is doing every mission with 3 new faces. All this crap is pure greed and failed attempts at justification for it, as his cut is the same in any possible scenario. He is just a little swindler, banking on people not knowing that 40 - 20% is the only fair way of doing it.

For the love of all that is holy, why the hell can't you just let this thread die? Why do you have to bump it after two days saying the same exact thing you've already said 10 times before?

We get it. We know your position. There's no need to bump a dying thread by repeating the same thing over, and over, and over, and over again.

"15% is default and you didn't do default work blah blah blah blah blah blah blah".

Nowadays whenever a Host changes mine to 5% or 0%, I ready up, but then quit immediatly after the Heist Finale starts.

This way since we started, the host still has to pay his setup fee for the failed Finale.

Yet nobody else wasted time or ammunition by going through part of the Finale prior to it failing.

Just make the greedy f*ck lose money.

Now if it's obvious that the other two players are his friends, then sure drag out the trolling for a bit before failing.

Last week a Host tried the messaging distraction on me, however on the X1 you can still see your cut when viewing messages.

Easily noticed my cut was 0%.

So I sent him a message once we got into the bank (PS).

I said "Nice Try", shot up all the hostages in the bank, & watched the Host & his friends die over & over again by NOOSE.

Wasted $100 on ammunition (literally nothing), but worth it to see the greedy @holes suffer.

I still have fireworks from the first 4th of July DLC (When the game was only on prev gen.).

So next time I'm in the situation, I'll set one off in the bank, killing all the hostages in a festive manner.

The way I normally do it is this:

If you just joined the final/did only 1 setup = 15%

If you did most/all of setups and/or are a friend = 20%
