Most fair for heist leader and crew members.

 

At 15 you are safe from trolls but getting less effort or less of my equipment from me (unless Im feeling generous.); 15 though is 'acceptable' but just barely and if on Pacific standard with a bad team you'll lose more cash from overall payouts making it more likely for people to bail on you.

 

At 20 I will stay will you protect you use my complete arsenal and skill set and not leave even if we fail multiple times or the final payout is low like 500k for all because the 20 percent shows respect as a fellow player and ill show it back.

 

You get what you're willing to pay for my friends, if you're only willing to pay crap don't expect anything other then a crap team or crap experience.

How would anyone but those who helped in setups wind up in your finale if it didn't? Solution: Don't EVER use random stuff for your finales, just wait for the person who helped you on setups get back on (or reinvite them for Christ sake). Problem solved, and you don't get a bigger cut than you deserve (because anything over 40% for host is more than you deserve, considering you only did 25% of all of the work...)

 

Fact is, it happens more than you let on. It's happened to myself, and even reputable forum members such as Miss Malevolent have stated in another topic that this sh*t has happened to them, too. Are you calling us all liars or are you just that dumb?

If you join a finale from quick heist and a host tries to low-ball you with the "no one helped with setups" excuse, view the other players' flier and it will show what setups they did (if any). If no one has a medal under their names, the host abandoned the previous helpers like a bad prom date.

 

Quite a bit of members on the forums are beginning to notice that "greedy hosts" abandoned their team in order to justify low wages.

Appy polly loggies for the image spamming, but holding a decent debate seems impossible when the opponent only regurgitates the same rhetoric over and over again for several pages in a row. I think the only humane thing to do at this point is put down this horse (thread), as all of its legs seem broken.

Yes I agree to lock this thread, can't debate when the opponent can't hold logical reasoning behind their side. All this alternating between both sides is useless, like the other payout thread it should of been locked on page 4.

Well I've only ran into a few, the one was on the Humane Raid. You want to give me and everyone else 10% with no communication that's fine. Vehicle select Faggio, then take my sweet ass time at 1/4 speed to the Valkyrie, can't leave without me. You want to pay 10% well I'll make sure I give you 10%. Sad part was it was a good team no one died through the setups, and if the leader told us he was broke either by message or mic I would've been cool. But no communication means you'll get trolled.

That's not the way it should be. If someone helped you during setups, give them at least 20%. But if he is a finale hopper, 10% is enough.

This evening was epic. An epic fail.

 

I was on the Prison Heist. I joined russians. I was demolition and the leader gave me 10% without saying anything. Not even responding to my "hi".

For sure that was pretty bad. I didn't know how much.

 

I decided to do the mission and destroy the chopper with everyone at the end.

I never had the opportunity. That was insane.

 

The first couple of times, I didn't help. Just with the police choppers, preventing them to fail before the beach, my objective. But one of them died 'cause of a bad landing.

And then they never got to that beach again. A bunch of noobs. I wanted them to f*ck up their evening on that mission, and I didn't even have to do anything. They failed again and again by themselves.

At the last attempts, I really tried my best to help. I killed enemies at the prison, the police choppers, the ussual thing. But they kept failing.

 

I finally left them with a "I had enough fun here". At least, the leader losed much time and I had fun, but not as much as I expected. Ridiculous.
