Needing someone to help me obtain it online. Seen the video(s) on it but I don't know anybody with it on PS3. I didn't see a topic on this yet unless I missed it. Thanks in advance!

You can't obtain it.

It's moddable but there is no way to obtain it as of right now.

 

It's only in the Lost Heist mission and in Content Creator

You can get it by having someone dupe it. It was originally put it by modding.

 

If I get it I'd be setting up servers and giving it out all day for people.

Same here. Not pressed about it but I did want this days before the heists came out. Only to be let down lol

R* will just patch and remove it from garages so I don't see a point in doing it. I'll wait a year or so for it to be purchaseable like the Gang Burrito

There is no way this was not intended to be a personal vehicle, it would not have pre programmed liveries in LSC. It may be missing the Respray option but that is likely a bug. The liveries option is missing on the last gen consoles but has the Respray option. It's bugged on both ends but is obviously meant to be storable.
