I don't get what it means the same 5 players. The first heist only has 2 and the others only have 4 so how do you get it? do the other 2 player not have to do the Fleeca Job?

People are saying to just split up the first heist with your team then join up on the second heist and you should be fine.

 

I would think as long as YOU do all 5 with the same players you should get it. Not sure if the others will get it if they choose not to do the fleeca heist.
