Looking For Good Crew PS4

I am Rank 117 and I am a PS4 user. I would like the crew to be very formal, a dress code would be nice, suits only etc... My K/D Ratio is 1.65, if that makes a difference. I am a active almost every day. I don't want to join the type of crew that is full of noobs that kills eachother, like the IGN crew. Closed enrollment is a must. I am very talented and would really help the crew and I would be willing to pose as a bodyguard or as a driver for the crew leader.
