Question regarding my second character and heists

my crew is going to be gone this week and i really want to do heists and am thinking about creating a second character to do them. However, i wanted to do the All in order challenge and the Loyalty one. If i do a bunch of different heists on my second characters will it interfere with these challenges?

I wouldn't think so, everything is unlocked separately. I'm not one who gets suckered into the whole trophy thing, wouldn't even know what I have but having four characters I'm well aware that nothing effects the other character other than money and rockscammerstar limiting car sales since some patches ago.

Ok, look. This is my experience. Not a direct answer, but probably will give you a hint about R* logic.

>>Character 1:

Played several Heists with a team

>>Character 2:

The progress wasn't carried over

>>Character 1:

Finished all Heists as a member

>>Character 2:

Heists were considered as done and ready for replay. But not the unlockables (vehicle)

It will affect your progress which sucks but R* don't want people to get a bonus one million bucks twice. I was actually going to do the All in Order Challenge with my second character so when I joined a random heist on my primary character, I got the warning saying that my progress would be reset.
