Failed the heist yet moving towards the next one?

Hey

Today i was playing the last part of the 4. heist, and we had to get a random as a 4. player, a level 22 joined, so it was expected for him to screw up a few times, but he always f*cked something up. Either don't listening to us, or driving the vans or the technical at the wrong position, etc .etc.
The problem started when the actual idiot who screwed over the heist, decided to leave, the 3 of us got dropped back to the lobby , yet the game saw it as a completed heist, and lester called me about the succesful job, while no one recived any unlocks or money.
Now i have a few questions.
1)If i somehow replay the heist (i maybe can't, haven't checked yet), will it fix the issue?
2)To get the 1 million bonus, do i need to replay the heist or move on to the final bank robbery?

3)Is that a common issue or am i just out of luck?
