The tank has a turret on it, and not to mention it squashes anything in its way.

 

The Insurgent was just an armored vehicle with a gun on top of it that doesn't even lock on. It's not that big of a threat, and besides, I'm pretty sure everybody is talking about the garage version.

Because the unarmed Insurgent doesn't have a one hit kill roflstomp cannon and the people are still vulnerable to gunfire. I didn't spend nearly a mill to buy an armoured car with the stats of a standard car, I bought it so I wouldn't have douchebags attacking me with one hit kill weapons. If it does blow up with one shot, I wasted all that money for nothing.

I have both versions and will try to test it out later today. The first time I tested the Insurgent Pickup with a friend though, it took 9 RPGs & 4 stickies to blow it up.
