Heist crew/players wanted (360)

OK most of my online friends have moved onto the next gen consoles now so I'm looking to meet a few new people who still play on xbox360 to do the heists with and have a bit of fun along the way.

Headsets are a must for heists or so I'm told so you gotta have one that works (and use it). I'm 28 and from the UK so would be nice to meet similar aged players from anywhere as long as the language barrier doesn't get in the way. I'm rank 108(ish), good at missions, not bad at PvP, can help with race wins and unlocks if needed, blah blah blah

Oh and I suck at flying planes by the way so would be good to hook up with someone who's good at it.
