Heist problem

Hi to everybody. I got a problem: i'm lvl 155/156 but when i enter the "heist room" in my house an info pop up saying: heist will be unlocked at rank 12. There's a solution or i need to made another character? Sorry for bad english and thanks for wastin' your time on this post!

lester will call you to his garment factory to tell you about heist. check your map for an "L" or do some regular ol heist until he does call.
