This is a Unofficial list of rare cars in GTA:O

Please don't spam me with requests asking if i can spawn a certain car/motorcycle for you

 

Spawnable when there is one already in the session:

Vapid Speedo (UT)

Chariot Romero Hearse

BF Dune Buggy (panelless)

Spawnable only at certain times or on certain days:

Declasse Mariachi Tornado (UT)

Nagasaki Lifeguard Blazer (UI)

Declasse Voodoo

Vehicles that can no longer be purchased or have to be either spawned by a "magician" or duplicated

Western Sovereign

Albany Roosevelt

Benefactor Dubsta II

Bravado Rumpo II (Deludamol)

Classique Vinyl Top Stallion (NG)

Vehicles that have no specific spawn locations:

Declasse Burrito (UT) (UI)

 

(UT)=Untunable

(UI)=Uninsurable

(UN)=Unknown Storability

You know the car spawns have changed so much since the heist update I don't think there is a rare car anymore.

 

Take the Zion hardtop for example, previous to the heist update I'd seen less than five in 100+ days playtime. Now I've seen a couple hundred of them. Nemesis spawns often AND can now be purchased. Clown van can't store, this is an amature list to be honest. Most of us have 20 cars more rare than anything listed.

Bruh, the Burrito and Speedo are customizable. Dubsta II can be found and the Clown Van shouldn't even be there since you can't store it.

Yeah thats correct i saw so many Manana's spawning since latest update before it was pain to try find one!

So only rare cars left are Modded cars.

sorry didn't know you couldn't store the Clown Van also this is based off PS3 and 360 data,plus the Speedo and Burrito can't legitimately be tuned

I wish the Park Ranger and Sheriff SUVs were still storable

dubsta 2 still spawns at lsc rarely (esp if you already have one)
voodoo spawns pretty regularly in sandy shores

deludamol van is out of place and should not be included unless youre gonna start including all the other modded cars too

Regarding the Declasse Lifeguard Granger, a friend and I were able to get one into free roam.* We couldn't drive it into our garages or store it using the then-current glitch. It did however drive into LSC, and these were the options:

 

 

 

 

*Fairly recently there was a quasi SP2MP glitch where your MP character could roam around a default SP world and bring a car along (so no SP personal vehicles or Duke O' Death, just cars that spawn in traffic etc), and we glitched the LG SUV in that way.

BF Dune Buggy (panelless) I wouldn't call that that rare, it spawns on Raton pass and off the dirt road next to the train tracks in sandy shores. The voodoo spawns in sandy shores too.

For the dune buggy, it doesn't need another one in the session.

Since the Heist updates I've actually come across the Pony van in free roam in cypress flats, which I didn't see anywhere online before. Not sure if rare, but it was unstorable and unmodifiable.

Sorry didn't know you are on ps3. Speedo never spawned in the ps4 version, and it started spawning once I loaded into the heist update. Didn't test the spawns after that ~200mb update though.
