Looking for a good crew

Here's the thing: I cant find ANYONE for the Prison Break. I'm on PS3 , Im level 62, dont have any mic, but Im a skilled player, good pilot and driver.

 

All I want is to find a crew to join with players who actually want to join a heist as a crew member. Im even willing to give more than 50% cut.
