How to start 2nd Heist?

Wanna do the 2nd Heist tomorrow, how do I start the planning missions

Just play around in a free roam session for about an hour or so and Lester will eventually call you regarding the next heist, assuming you completed the Fleeca job and its setup missions as the heist leader.

Does it have to be a public session? I was doing the Rebel thing in an invite only one for a while and I don't remember Lester calling

He also calls in invite sessions

The loading times also seems faster in between the heist missions

Nope, not at all. I've received all my calls from Lester regarding the next heist while in an Invite Only Session, so you should be fine. You could always try restarting the game, he should call soon after you go on.

Started about an hour ago, Lester isn't calling

Will it come again if I accidentally hung up his call without answering it?

Don't know but I guess that if you start up a job and go to a fresh freemode session he will call again.
