Finally started it after owning it for about 6 years, just want some a

I have a 4790k, 16 gig ram and 780ti in my pc, I downgraded to 1.0.4.0 as hated the 55fps lock(not that bothered about mods at least yet) I then thought the game looked too dark and gritty so installed icenhancer but that made temps shoot up to 88 degrees on my graphics card and framerate seemed about 50fps.

 

I deleted all the sweetfx files and enb series(I dislike them anyway all I wanted was brigher colour palette) but left the folders alone and now its more beautiful and I have maxed out everything at 1080p(apart from shadows which I am not bothered with) and get a pretty constant 60fps but at night time the colour is so dark its like having brightness on tv turned down to lowest, want to know how to adjust this slightly

 

Apart from that is there anything I can do, I know I get 60fps but anything that cuts strain will be appreciated.

Koger, try it with slightly lower brightness, and only 1 tick of contrast. Get's a more depth and less flat look that way.
