You mean take the F out of fun? It makes sense that you would have to pay a taxi, since not paying would be scamming. I'm just saying its like a lot more convenience just getting a taxi (which are crazy common in Los Santos) rather than waiting like 20 minutes for someone to pick you up in a limo, and there's no clothes restriction in a taxi.
