Traffic Lights Malfunctioning

So, I was driving around in free roam and I encountered an intersection in Downtown LS where the traffic lights were flashing red and yellow. Anyone else seeing this?

 

I have proof too on this Instagram video I took here so you know I'm not making up stories.

I remember there used to be a traffic light downtown that was always red 24/7 and never went green or yellow. I stayed there for 15 min to check once, it caused huge traffic pile-ups lol

 

I have never seen it switch yellow and red like that though hehe

If you would learn how to read, I said "bring up and (or) complain" meaning just bringing it up or complaining.

In this case it is just bringing it up.. but did it really need a thread?

I have encountered this before. More than once, and considering the amount of time you spend (or don't) looking at the traffic lights when you race through even the most crowded intersection, I think this happens more often than one could think

malfunctioning traffic lights is nothing new, there's a non functioning traffic light setup near the docks that's been like that since launch day.

or just call los santos dot and report the light.
