no one uses the custom outfits in heists?

Recommended Posts

do people actually save them?

usually when the leader sets it to saved outfits they just wear their current ones in my experiences

"ill wear a mask so no1 will know its me, im smart like that"

"lemme just do this heist topless so any1 can see my tattoo's"

People do not know about the saved outfits feature.

If it is set to that, people just end up wearing thwir regular clothes.

Yah most people dont have them made up yet. So if you choose that and the players dont have a bunch of presets theyll be in their same clothes. Give it time for everyone to catch on and make outfits. Noones spending an hour or two in the dresssing room righ now theyre all heisting.

I don't think a good number of the people I play heists with even know you can save outfits. I don't like some of the default outfits and want to wear the masks I bought (namely the White Vampyr), so I let everyone wear what they want.

The preset clothing somehow looks tacky to me. And the mix matching isn't very great. I know it is "streets" but is shorts really fit for combat? But there are already some unfitting clothes in Humane Labs finale. One guy can wear full combat gear while another one could wear a suit.

I don't, and will never do heists with randoms.

However, hypothetically speaking, I do do them with randoms, I would not let them wear whatever. Cause it's likely some asshole will be wearing a pink and camo tracksuit looking like a doofus, we're robbing sh*t not reverse spraying fa**ots in a chrome car.

That being said, I also won't control entirely what people wear, they can choose from the choices provided.

lel, quite the opposite here. so far I've done the fleeca job, that's about it when it comes to heists. the rest of the time I went on a shopping spree, and "wasted" time at home in my wardrobe

SALO or The 120 Days Of Sodom

Its only the first week.. I think its best people use the standard.. i really dont care. Eventually people will get tired of it and ofcourse they will start going to custom when this "romance" period has ended. People will stop caring for roleplay overall and just look how they want to.. But I admit.. I already dressed myself with no shirt, no pants, short shorts and smart dress shoes with mid high socks. yea.. IMMERSION!

ATM We're trying to stick to custom outfits as some of the premade seem to cause the character mutilation glitch.

Is that what this was?

My guy's been looking a little worse for wear but I figured that was just the long sessions recently.

From my experience it'a best to set it to leaders choise. Otherwise some cupcake will take 10 minutes to create the most #swag1337epic outfit without hitting ready.

I've enabled player-saved outfits for every prep mission and heist since finding out about it. That way there's no people bitching or quitting because of a certain outfit selection, and there's no need to dress my own damn heist crew (Leader Full Choice) or wait several minutes before they decide on an outfit themselves (Crew Full Choice). Saves me several minutes of my time doing it this way.

handcuff_charlie

i let everyone use their outfits, only a douche or 13 year old would control what you wear.

Or someone who has already wasted enough time waiting for sh*t to load and time out and disconnect and really is a little short on patience for metrosexuals who have to try on every different piece of clothing for 5 minutes and cant just pick something and green the f*ck up

I'm worried some moron will show up in a tank top, shorts and a pogo mask

Worried why? Why does it matter?

It doesn't, I'd just like people to be dressed somewhat accordingly while I'm blissfully enjoying heists, until they just become grindfests

not that it matters as servers and people leaving are screwing me over constantly.
