What in the hell is going on?

Every time I join GTA Online, I get disconnected from Xbox Live. Anyone have any tips on how to fix this? I'm seriously getting fed up with my router's sh*t, i'm gonna f*cking smash it to pieces

Um, hey, don't do that. Do you have any issues with any other online game, app (e.g.-youtube), what does speedtest say your download speed is?

 

It may not be your router, it may be R*

 

EDIT: When was the last time you seen an eagle lose it?

Every other game works fine. I haven't been able to properly connect to Rockstar servers since the Independence Update. Can't get into online sessions. And now this. I'm seriously thinking of just being done with R*

Be calm, and keep on researching on possible fixes.

 

I have a PS4...I had no issue with my PS4 sustaining a WiFi connection (when playing GTAO) when I had AT&T Uverse.

 

A few months ago I switched over to Comcast Xfinity...my PS4 would not connect through WiFi what so ever, so I had to hardware it with an Ethernet cable. I'm good now, but I'm still at the mercy of R*. Maintaining a smooth connection hasn't been smooth sailing all the time...mainly when the new stuff come out (e.g.- Current Gen launch, Heist DLC launch, etc)
