Xbox 360 Prison Break Heist Impossible

At the end of the prison break Heist you fly the plane until you lose the cops but I seem to never lose the cops, I technically completed the heist 2 times but at the end we couldn't lose the cops even flying around for hours and it wont even flash to lose the cops, is this a bug or something? I see players inviting me to the heists after the Prison Break so are we doing something wrong on our part?

Were you guys flying high in the clouds or flying level? If flying level you need to get into the clouds so the helos can't see you.

 

But if that doesn't help try switching roles it could be the pilot is bugged as well.

We where above the clouds in the clouds under the clouds everywhere for an hour I will try to switch roles thanks
