Fleeca Job - Wrong Heist Board?

I wanted to ask if anyone else has had this issue: I have recently only been joining in random heists, but today I decided to start hosting my own so that I would be able to unlock more heists. Lester called me up and I accepted the "Fleeca Job - Scope Out". Once I found another player, the "heist cutscene" played, but instead of being the Fleeca Job cutscene, it was the Humane Labs Raid cutscene.

 

After this scene, We spawned outside and Lester was waiting for us to get in his car (all good here). We finished the scope out, but now when I try to launch the next Fleeca Job setup in my apartment, my heist planning board says "THE HUMANE LABS RAID" and the entire board is completely blank. I am even getting messages from Lester for this heist, but I technically haven't unlocked it. The issue here is I am totally unable to proceed with either the Fleeca Job heist, or the humane labs heist. Kind of in limbo here.

 

Anyway, I hope someone can help me out here. I tried doing a search but wasn't able to find any similar issues. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
