Series A Heist mission setup - Coke tips?

I just did this with some people I found on these forums, and we can't seem to do it. The boat is like a maze and it's hard to tell where enemies are. Plus, the choppers annihilate you as soon as you step outside. How did you guys get through this part? Care to give some tips?

Snipe the guards outside while you're on the boat from a distance, when helis come use homing launcher. When you're inside the ship use a shotgun and always assume that red dot is on the same level as you. It's an incredibly easy mission.

Let the boat team clear the helipad, then keep the chopper there so you can outrun the chopper coppers.

The way i did it was have my heli team land on the pier and snipe. Once the boat team has moved to the front of the yacht,have heli team move in for the pickup and homing launchers ready for the cops.
