Luddite
I was rereading the LC poll nearby when I was taken by something said by a respondant regarding wanting it to be set in the 80s. Vice City used the 80s which provided so much to the game. I, myself, have promoted the idea of SF & LV set in the 70s with hippies and mobsters. Then I got to thinking... The only reason R* might redo LC so soon would be to impliment it into GTAO. That would restrict it to the same era which is appx now. So.. Do you think future titles will be limited by this issue? puffy
By the issue of having to mesh with GTA:O? Of course not. IV had its own multiplayer as well. I think if R* wanted to create a new game set in a new decade, they'd just make it a seperate game entirely, with its own multiplayer servers and all that. Unfortunately, I doubt SF and LV will ever get a game set in the 70s... but I didn't think they'd do LS over again when V was announced either. We'll have to wait and see how it works out, OP.
