Help please, update will not download

I have been trying to get the latest update to download but cannot! Has anyone else had any difficulty?

 

I get it ready in the notifications, it says preparing to download but stays at 0%

 

After a few minutes I get a message saying 'cannot download' and when I click on that it says 'cannot connect to server within the time limit'

 

I have tried the router, connections, switched it on and off, spammed it, changed mtu and everything else but it won't start to download! I thought it was more than likely the router so I tried to download a demo and that works!?!? Getting a bit pissed off now can someone advise on what the problem could be.
