What vehicle is insured for 16xxx?

I was just flying the Hydra when I had seen a what looked like the HVY Insurgent symbol on the map, I got it with the cannons of the jet and the proceeded to get charged 16000 for destroying it.

 

I own that vehicle and it's not a garage vehicle, so does anyone know why it charged, or if there's any other vehicle that once blown up charges you 16000

You destroyed the unarmed version of the Insurgent. As far as I know, it currently has the highest insurance cost in the game.

There is a PV version of the Insurgent. Maybe it was that one.

It's the unarmed PV Insurgent, was demonstrating how many stickys it could survive and I threw a extra one on it and it blew up, charged me 16,xxx for insurance.

Destroyed mine for the first time yesterday while rampaging through Zancudo. Wanted to see how it fared against the tanks and lazers. Somehow the replacement was free. Glad I saw this post, now I'll be treating my Insurgent like a near-invincible baby
