Should R* have allowed players to choose the % cut for heists?

my answer is no, the community is much too immature for business decisions like this, what R* should have done was make it a manditory 40% to the leader and 20% to each other member and none of the fighting and entitlement issues would be happening, im starting to think the employees at R* were giggling like fairys when they were thinking of all the trouble letting the players make the choices was going to cause

I think they should be locked unless everyone is in the same crew. That way everyone wouldnt be bitching and making threads every 10 minutes crying about what they consider "fair or unfair" or how people are trolling because they dont have a "fair" cut.

Heists were designed so that you play them with people you know and communicate with well so you don't argue over stuff like payment. They wern't expecting people to want randomers in every heist.

I've played with nothing but random people and have not been cheated once. You can see your take beforehand and are free to leave. You want the exp and unlocks or you want a few more thousand? Everyone always wants more. I see nothing wrong with allowing the host to set payout. I haven't hosted a single set up so if 5% is the price of admission to do a later heist or set ups I'll take it. Maybe they should just allow us to kill our heist team right afterwards for their cuts.
