Burrito customisation

Could you upgrade the burrito on ifruit before? I've only recently noticed this, and I believe it's come with heists.

The normal burrito still does not save performance modifications nor can it be taken to LSC

The gang burrito you can purchase can customize like any old car

You can save performance mods on the original burrito. Well, you could before the heists update. You cant do anything anymore because you can't drive into lsc with the burrito to apply mods and you can't fiddle with the cost to do it in your garage.
