I have wondered about this since i have an AMD FX 8300 at 3.8Ghz..what do u think??Will GTA V take advantage of multi core or single core??

And please avoid any Flame war between CPUs

Ofcourse... They have already hinted that in the reqs..

Minimum CPU is a Quad-Core...according to them..So i guess it should be optimised for atleast a quad-core..

FX-8300 is an Octa-Core...But still...I think it should take advantage of multi-cores....

Cheers..

Gaming wise, the "i5's are equal to i7's" statement is becoming less and less true. Going forward, i7's will beat them out big time.

true, just now games are starting to use 8-16 threads, but I still think i5's aren't that bad considering the price and it can oc very good. I just got a i7 4790k to be a little future proof lol.

This ^^ could be a beginning to a flame war.

Anyways it will definitely have multi core support considering the fact that the minimum requirement is a quad core.
