Gta Story and online stuck on PS3

Hi there!
when i got gta 5 i installed it on my internal flash drive of my Ps3 (it was 12 GB)

but when all the updates came out it started to be a bit tight in there.

so i bought a 160 GB western digital hdd.

i installed the game on it and suddenly got alot of freeze problems and missing textures and stuff.

it got to the point that i cant even play the game.

 

what should be the problem?
