Everytime it lags up my game. Seems like R* thought it would be fun to add more 'for sale' signs

 

Had to move to another main apartment because this is what nearly froze me a few times when loading up online near them.

 

Is this the same for everybody els?

I was in a heist last time. Upon submitting the objective item, someone rammed the sign and I saw it was copied.. lol

No. Supposedly it's something about destroying the sign makes it perpetually respawn, but I've seen it respawning without being broken.

I bet this is the reason why the servers are all f*cked up.

More precisely, some of the server code accidentally got copied into the real estate code module during a patch, and this is the result. It's a visual indicator of the state of robustness of the server code.

From a friend of mine who worked at R* when 4 was out, when I asked him why glitches weren't patched:

 

"To be honest we had no idea what caused them, or how to fix, then when we did apply a patch, something else went wrong."

Dunno, it only happend when I was walking during a free roam battle at the eclipse appt. Sometimes the physics would act up causing your char to fall. You would be auto teleported back to the groud tho.
