Rewards won't unlock?

Im sorry if someone has already covered this, but I am highly confused at the minute.

 

I played through Fleeca and unlocked the Karuma, then straight after I finished that, somebody invited me to the mission in which you steal the Hydra, which I completed and was rewarded the Hydra. Now, I have played through the missions in which I am supposed to unlock the Valkyrie, Insurgents and Savage, but they haven't unlocked when I completed them.

 

Can anyone tell me why?

Well, I got invited to the Hydra setup mission, and unlocked it.

 

 

I'd blame Cockstar's sh*tty servers.

Yeah I unlocked the Hydra as well but now I can't unlock anything.
