ps4 black screen

Gta works fine but when ever my friend tries to play online it just gives him a black screen does anyone know a fix to this? Rockstar support are being dicks and have not replied for 4 days now.

 

If anyone wants to help me out telling them the ticket number so they can f*cking check it that would be great! the ticket is #3379639

Sorry for the double post but my friend really wants to play and wants suggestions on what to do.

Same thing has been happening to me since the heist update. I submitted a ticket and they told me to boot into safe mode, etc.. Although, none of that worked for me. So i told them that it was the second time they have given me that reply and it was NOT working. The only solution they have come up with is a rollback on my account. Which means losing everything I've done (last gen and current gen) since I transferred. It's looking like this is the only option.

That's weird. I only get a black screen when being loaded into freemode after a heist

When I try from SP I get the black screen, when I load from startup I get stuck at 90%. I've contacted them multiple times about when the rollback will happen, they don't reply. I guess we just have to wait.
