Yes, this is a glitch, but whatever cause I wanted to share how to do it for those who want to obtain the police outfit. Mainly cause it makes no sense as to why it isn't available to buy in free roam

There is absolutely no reason to patch this. There is zero harm, it doesn't give the player any special perks, it's just an outfit. Why they didn't make it purchasable in the first place is beyond me.

^^ SMH... If that was there concern, then they would have never added the police outfits into VC, SA, VCS, or GTAV singleplayer.

VC, SA, VCS wouldn't have had as much of an impact anyway. They're in GTA V Story Mode 1 mission lol. Besides it's ONLINE that's the big factor.

Actually GTA V single player lets you use the Blaine county police bike outfit anytime you want, once you've Conpleted the game, it's yours...

 

So it ain't about making cops look bad, f*ck knows what it is.

It's a game and if people want to dress as cops, why not let them, we're all paying customers.

That's because the LSPD hat badge is effectively this;

When it should not be. Here are a few LAPD hats for comparison.

I failed to do this glitch in time - absolutely soul destroying. This uniform is something I've wanted more than anything and I miss the only opportunity to obtain it.

 

I'll be following the remainder of this thread closely in case any other methods pop up...

the invisible bodies have always been around, so hopefully they just don't even care

Theres been invisible limbs and torso glitches, and all have been patched at one point or another. This new method with outfits will get patched eventually, and when it does, to remove the invisible outfit, i believe all outfits will be reset.

Oh my god Officer620... You didn't get it in time? f*ck man, hopefully because so many people have em they'll add em for purchasing. They could take away our police cruisers, but they cant take away our Uniforms. Im transferring my PS3 sh*t to PC and apparently the Uniforms transfer as well. If you're ever on PC feel free to hit me up, we can ride together.

Oh my god Officer620... You didn't get it in time? f*ck man, hopefully because so many people have em they'll add em for purchasing. Almost all my friends on my friends list have the uniform - I just missed out by a few days. Not happy at all! I'm really hoping another method will pop up sometime soon so I can get my hands on one.

 

I'm not much of a PC gamer but if I ever get GTA V I'll be sure to be in contact Mr Dafonte ;)

These uniforms will never be wiped :p

I hope so, i like my zombie cop. But the cargobob is diffirent, you cant just wipe out all pegasus vehicles.

 

But clearing all saved outfits is easy and plausable. Nothing legit is lost from clearing the outfits, only glitched clothes, any and all legit outfits can be remade, so no risk of affecting the legits, only us glitchers would be bothered.
