The current method has now been patched for a number of capture missions including Condo-monium. After finding new session once the siege clock is down past 3:20 joining a quick job will 9 times out of 10 now result in a GTA or Raid. Even joining the lobby, finding out you are on Team 2 and backing out means you need to start over.

I gave up at stage one couldn't host adversary without no one joining or it just crashing back to free mode

Had a random guy show up while I was afk down in the cells,

He then broke free and we had a foot chase that ended in him nose diving off the top of Rooftop Rumble. Also had some RP later with a fellow officer but fkn PS3 lost connection during a high speed chase. This has been too fun though.

Finally was able to Kobe a can of soda too..

false, have a friend host the capture job and leave the matchmaking to open, you then join a random capture from your phone until you get the one your friend started he can kick everyone until you get there. complete the first round of the capture and then leave 30 seconds after the second round.

You must join a capture via quick job within 1 minute of dropping back into free mode. If you don't have a capture on deck within 2 minutes head back to Siege and start over. If the upcoming capture is a Contend as opposed to GTA or Raid you are on the way to success. If the Contend is Condo-monium or Townhall Trinity just pull your phone back out and click the Quick Job icon again once to reset the search as these two have now been patched. Rockstar is working overtime to patch this glitch ASAP rather than simply release the Heist Costumes (Cop, Crook w/bag, Garbage) in shops for a hefty fee which is truly a shame.

I waited for over ten minutes on my first 'join capture' ...then opened the phone again and tried a second time, waited another two mins and it worked fine. Just sayin'

not sure how many times i've tried it today, but i've been at it for around 5 hours and have never spawned in a capture with the outfit

made sure i was in team 1 and left the adversary match at around 3 min

kept spawning with my free mode outfit that i always wear

guess the game just doesn't want me to have it

I feel ya man. Same story here. Tried several methods. Niothing seems to work.

 

Just know that when you are in the start up for capture, it might show you are wearing your regular cloths but when you start playing you will be in the police outfit.

Can anyone confirm which captures are still usable - many that worked this morning are now spawning players who were hoping to spawn wearing the cop outfit in the beater and shorts much like the dress glitch female characters experienced before the Heist update. The Pier seems to be the only one working at the moment.

tried it with someone and could never join their capture. Couldn't join any capture at all via quick job...wish we could just buy them. Maybe in a year. Took that long to get a lot of the highly demanded stuff in this update

Just obtained the outfit using the Heist method

I hosted the heist

What I did:

Started the mission

Drove my PV

Waited until the guy stopped yib yabbin about what to do

Start > Online > find new session (Places you in a public free roam holding the baton)

Pull up phone > quick job > Join Capture > Yes (wait to join capture)

Join saying ("host" launched job)

Quickly mashed ready up disregarding buying armour or ammo

Joined capture in police outfit

Won the capture

Did not vote to like/dislike

Voted to freeroam (joined public session)
spawned with cop outfit

Nah, PeasantStation 3 unfortunately. I just got a mate to help me out but it's pretty easy, just go into a invite only and start up one of the siege mentality's through the start menu, invite some people and go Edited March 17, 2015 by MeatSafeMurderer
