How to obtain the Police Outfit

I did it on Xbox one on 3 characters. Two for me and one for my wife. I also got the garbage collector with the same method.

Just got it on ps4 using seige mentality 4 method not patched!

Tips:

 

1. dont be wearing an outfit you've already saved. If you are, just change the hat or something.

 

2. Station setup (Heist method) - start from a full regular lobby. Dont use invite only.

- use all the options to find three other players, i hit invite lobby first...usually gets one or two....then use skill matched, auto invite, etc..

 

..when it worked for me, after we won the Capture, i spawned into freeroam holding the police baton. If that helps.

 

3. When trying to join a Capture, if its taking too long, just bring up the phone again and select Join Capture again, it will find another one.

As far as i know, this only possible in the mask store.

Go there wearing the hat and select a previously purchased mask or purchase a new one.

Maybe it was patched with the hotfix, but balaclavas and pig masks showed up with the hat just fine, be it through the interaction menu or mask store.

I've been trying this for so long I'm starting to go bonkers lol.

 

I have tried the Heist and the Adversary method. My friend was able to get his and I was not able to... using the same method.

 

 

 

I keep either getting stuck on team 2... with one round or getting on team 1... but not being in the outfit. I keep seeing people pop in with the outfits and trying to figure out what im doing wrong...

save the outfit in your first or last slot.

put on mask

find a soda machine and buy a soda

as youre opening the can select your cop uniform but be quick (purpose of it being in the first or last slot)

made sure i was in team 1 and left the adversary match at around 3 min

Just know that when you are in the start up for capture, it might show you are wearing your regular cloths but when you start playing you will be in the police outfit.
