How to obtain the Police Outfit

Just done it on Xbox One

Heres my steps:

 

Set active crew as IGN (for more invites - any featured crew with millions of members should work)

Joined police station heist that someone sent out on phone
Joined on robber team, the host switched to robbers and i filled the cop slot. (Nice guy, thanks dude!)
completed mission as normal (worth it for 15,000$)

spawned in apartment after heist, quick joined a capture.

Joined a rockstar contend match on the pier

Host started game with only 3 players - him VS 2 of us

we both spawn as cops, and salute eachother, and change glasses several times

we play the capture and win (1 round, we was on team 2)

we all like the job, and vote freemode

 

Here's the interesting part:
Stuck in the clouds getting back into freemode, for 10 minutes.

Eventually quit to dashboard and restart game

Join invite only session from start menu

Spawned in cop outfit.... quickly saved!

 

Thank you to the guys hosting the lobbies to help people get this, i really suggest changing your active crew to IGN, as there are soooooo many invites being sent out right now for that particular mission, and i got in the capture within about 30 seconds

YOU ONLY NEED TWO PEOPLE TO DO THIS

 

Start Seige mentality IV

The person who wants the uniform starts as attackers

wait 30-45 seconds and find a new session.

Your friend or crew mate should join the same session if not don't worry

Have your friend start a 2 player capture and inform you when it loads with the matchmaking set to open

select join capture from the quick job menu until you join the capture your friend has setup

set the capture to 2 rounds

complete the first round and let the second round load YOU SHOULD START THE SECOND ROUND WEARING THE COP UNIFORM

wait 30-45 seconds and find a new session

go to the clothing store and save your outfit.

 

 

 

YOU CAN DO THIS WITH A FRIEND YOU DON'T HAVE TO JOIN RANDOMS OR A LARGE IGN CREW LIKE STATED ABOVE.

 

 

I've done it 3 times in the last hour without fail.

I must me missing something, I've seen several people post pictures of this room but I have no idea where it is. Did they unlock the downtown police station and update the interior so there's more enterable rooms, or is this located somewhere else?

 

Yea, you can go to the side door of the Police station (through the gate) and access the cop shop now

 

Anyway.... don't hate me, but I got 'er first try...

 

First thing; set spawn to apartment, not "last location". This will help when spawning in to find capture, and will help when you finish and need to save the outfit.

 

1. Grab a friend

2. Launch Adversary mode - Siege Mentality 4

2a. 1 round... outfits; classic

3. Invite friend to match

4. Ensure you're on cops team

 

5. When it loads in, do nothing. Just wander around lower level

6. Around 3:05, you'll see orange circle save animation

7. Start > Find New Session

 

Now the fun part...

 

8. Once loaded into freemode, you should be in your apt

9. Bring up phone and quick mission > Capture

9a. If it's 1 round and you're on team 2, back out and try again

9b. If it's 2 rounds and yer on team 2? Wait for 2nd round

10. If you're on Team 1... wait for match to start.(you should spawn in wearing cop outfit)

 

11. Once round starts, change glasses... wait 10 sec

12. Change glasses again, wait 10 secs

13. Start > Find new session

 

14. You should now be in your apt.

15. Go to wardrobe and save the outfit

 

This worked for me 1st try and for a friend, that had to try for proper capture a few times.

gutted if this is patched. One of my fave things to do is steal a cop car, get close to a player, go off radar, get closer and hit the sirens. So much fun the cop outfit would complete it because sometimes the other player will pull over and I'll come walking over with my bat

 

I guess R* are holding it for a dlc

host seige mentality iv and swap sides till you get the one without the radio. If you start as defender jump off the roof. Wait 30 seconds into the next round and find a new session. Join a capture job and play the first round. You should start the second round with the cop uniform. Wait 30 seconds find a new session and save the outfit at the clothes atore.

 

I used this method to get the trash man uniform from Come out to play II.

You can get an fib buffalo in Freeroam by playing Time to get away with a friend. All the friend has to do is steal one while you're delivering elstupido and end the mission in it.
