How to obtain the Police Outfit

How do you host jobs now all i get is put in random sessions wtf rockstar

I found an answer for this, but its a long work around compared to how it was before where you could just select host a job. Im going to list this for the ps4 :

 

1- Hit options button

2- Press to the right ( to where it says "online")

3- Go to "jobs"

4-Go to "play jobs"

5- Go to "Rockstar created"

6-Go to "Adversary mode"( of course if u wanted to host a dif job just go to it but for this trick we working on 1 job)

7- Go down to "Siege mentality IV" but instead of clicking on it, Hit square and BOOKMARK it ( this is the key to host now )

8- After you bookmark it, back out all the way to where u clicked on jobs ( in step #3)

9-Go to jobs

10-Go to play jobs

11- This time go to bookmarked

12-Go to adversary mode

13- Click on the Siege IV you bookmarked.

 

 

I tried this about 12 times trying to get people to join and start it , every single time, i was the host. I believe now the only way to be sure your he host , is to bookmark a job and start it thru your bookmarks.Stupid , yes i know. Not sure why the hell Rockstar thought they needed to remove how simple hosting was before. As implied above, i think this goes for any job you want to make sure u are hosting now , other than your own creations. This is the only way ive found to make sure to be host.

so i wanted to say this. Seriously people, have alittle respect about yourself and do not do this thru heists. Thats would just be totally f'ed up of you. Find a friend , start the siege and let him know what your planning on doing , This way your not wasting other peoples time and just being a dick. You can easily do it with a friend and quite frankly not take you near as long trying . So please people, dont be a dick ....

Okay now that I have finally got it to work here is what I did. [PS3]

 

1. Host Siege Mentality IV

2. You will automatically be on the attackers team due to being the first in session.

3.Wait for the save circle to appear (Orange circle in the bottom right corner)

4. Once it has disappeared Find New Session.

5. Quick Join a capture.

6. If you spawn in the criminal outfit, stay in the capture you'll spawn in the cop outfit on the second round.

7. Once you are in the second round switch through your glasses and once again wait for the orange circle.

8. Once it disappears Find New Session and go save the outfit.

 

This worked for me, can't promise it will work for you but hey another method to try if the others aren't working for you.

Hosted a few captures last night for people to drop in and out of.

When one match started literally everyone spawned in a cop outfit, saluted eachother and left lol

Weird the things that bring people together.

 

I'll host a few more today.

I'll start each match within a minute of one person joining, not wait half an hour for 30 players. If more join within that time, bonus.

Don't worry too much about the night stick.

After 12 hours of trying, the time I spawned without a night stick was when it worked

Do you spawn as the criminal or just your normal outfit?

Hmm what sort of capture is it putting you in? If it's Raid then that might be why..

I never managed to get any outfit in raid, Contend was the one where it finally worked

 

for People struggling with this. I've spent quite a bit of time on this and was in the same boat as you guys.

Here is what i did.

 

Start>Online>Jobs>Adversary>Siege Mentality IV (make sure you're the host)

Outfits: Classic

Round: 1

 

Make sure you're the attacker and pick Justice for outfits

 

Wait till the clock at the bottom right hits 3:20 and Find New Session

 

From Freeroam, Press up on phone, select quick job, Capture

 

Now to just wait... If it puts you in a capture that required 30 people, drive to any nearby Gang Attacks to cancel it

 

Try again and hope you get one thats 16 people etc

 

Once you're in, you'll be in your normal outfit for the betting screen, thats OK.

 

If you're in TEAM 2, you will most probably spawn in the criminal outfit (thats OK though)

 

If spawned in criminal outfit, play through the capture as per normal (DO NOT CHANGE YOUR GLASSES)

 

Once the capture has ended, Pick Freeroam to exit to Freeroam (via voting screen)

 

Via your phone, go into capture again (same as before)

 

This time, theres a higher change of you being in team 1

 

Once spawned and if in Team 1 with Cop Outfit, change your sunglasses.. wait 10 seconds, change them again... wait 10 seconds.

 

Now, for me, I finished the capture since it was only 1 round

 

Went back to freeroam at the end and bang, in the outfit

 

Go to clothing store and save outfit asap.

Can anyone help me with this? People keep changing the outfit when we get in the loading screen, and even if I do it correctly, nobody's hosting a f*cking capture.

just did it fine with Adversary method.... 360... worked perfect (above method)

 

PRO TIP; before U start, set spawn to "apartment"... once back in freeroam, just go to yer closet and save the outfit. That way U don't have to worry about randoms killing U on the way to a clothing store
