Heists question?

If i completed the fleeca heist as the heist leader, but the whole of the prison break heist I did (in order) with a couple of different people and crews..

 

Does that mean I can do the humane labs heist as a heist leader? Because Im about to finish the prison break, and I want to be leader of humane labs which is next.. But it would be lame to do the prison break again as leader
