People quitting out on heists

Any way to prevent this? This is f*cking pissing me off, especially when we're at the heist finale and someone quits when we're almost done beating it.

Play with friends...But you also need to remember servers are screwy too so they could be disconnecting.

I had lost connection during Humane Labs heist. But i was playing with friends and i was the leader, so no problem at all.

It is utterly stupid for a random to quit at the end.

Let them miss the payout.

Its not the players fault, its R*'s sh*tty servers timing out players

I think people are forgetting this is the MAIN reason this happens, it is NOT always the player's fault. Why Rockstar decides to host their own servers and mess it up I will never understood. dumb.

This is the worst thing about heists. When some douce deliberately quits. I know they consider quiting bad sport but that's not good enough. They should make it so that person gets some kind of bad rep and gets booted from the heists If he's considered a bad apple. Heists is like a woman. Hard to get into...and finish.

Sometimes it can be trolls and that's what pisses me off

Yeah, I stumbled across a Squeaker earlier this morning who joined and just stood there refusing to move. Then he left, complaining after I gave him a slight nudge with my car. I decided to go after the bitch and kill him in lobbies he goes to. Sometimes I couldn't cause he was in a Heist but in less than a minute he was back in FR and I spawn killed him again.

But really, if you quit a Heist as a member you should be prevented from joining another for a hour or something and get marked as "untrustworthy player"

Squeakers at their finest...

I've quit several heists with randoms. If you don't want me to leave, then don't be retarded. I swear these heists have turned regular players into legit idiots.

Oh, and give everyone a fair cut, otherwise I'm leaving due to that as well.

> Someone quits at the start

> Causes me to have to dashboard just so I can start it up again

That's the most annoying part in my experience. Other than a jackhole getting upset that he couldn't fly the Hydra so he continually rammed into people/the ground with a lazer.

Don't pay peanuts and people will stick around maybe?

I've personally left heists on the final mission because the leader tried to swap everyone from 20% down to 10% after we had hit ready, then he swapped it back to 20% and we hit ready again then he pulled the same sh*t and we left. Not to say you did anything like this but its one reason why people leave on the final score.

well , they don't understand how teamwork in heist are essential , without of it the heist would be led into astray and u'll have start again from checkpoint

i'd suggest prefer professionals than randoms

additionally , shooting team are recommended strength , shooting , armor and snacks , pilots only need flying skill , getaways driving skill and strength ( if riding an exposed vehicle ) and finally , silenced sniper for stealth needs
