Can't Invite/Accept Invite

Hi.

 

 

I made a thread about this a while ago, but got no answer to the problem. How come I cannot invite anyone? I keep getting the error message that says something about not being able to invite anyone because me and the other person have not completed the GTA Online tutorial. I did that tutorial. I had the ability to invite them before, but I can't anymore. Why? Does anyone have a solution?

There's been a lot of buggy issues lately one of them being the "Friend Invite" locked or disabled

I've been getting this sh*t all day never being able to join freinds' games or they just lag out. Perfect for heists, btw this is Xbox One idk about other consoles.

What makes it more stupid is that it's only affecting certain friends.
