The Prison Job - Setup Mission issue - Plane

[White Zombie]

For some strange reason the "Plane" isn't spawning in the Hangar during this Heist Setup mission. I was in a full lobby (me and three other players) and we were working as a team by killing the enemies on the runway, the two in the hangar, and the enemies packed in vehicle's but the plane isn't in the hangar. We had our pilot ready to roll but the plane isn't spawning for him.

 

Is this happening to anyone else? Any help? Much appreciated.
