Can't play online on Xbox 360

Since a few days I am not able to play Gta online. It keeps saying: "timed out loading player data" or "timed out locating session". I never had these notifications before though and according to Black Ops 2 my nat type is open.

 

I am playing on Xbox 360 with wired network and the weird thing is that my brother is playing on Xbox 360 only with wireless connection and he is able to play Gta V without any problems.
