People leaving heists?

I'm on PS3 and I STILL haven't managed to do the prison break heist because as soon as I get to do the set up, a person leaves. I have 2 others i play with and it's neither of them but there's always a random person leaving. So if you're on ps3, add me and we'll do the prison break and maybe the one after that too.

Took me 2 nights to complete the Prison break for the same reason - some dude dies and instead of restarting it, we'd be back in the lobby looking for a 4th person al night. Add me. My gamertag is my uswrname.
