If you want to complete each heist in order for 1 million, does the difficulty have to be set on hard? Or can it be set on any difficulty?

You set it to "I am ready to play and then ready for someone to quit or get DC and boot back to SP" because it does not work properly

Any difficulty will do for the $1m challenge (All In Order). You only need to do them in order on Hard, without dying, and with the same crew in order to get the $10m challenge (Criminal Mastermind).

Also do you have to have the same people for the All In Order challenge? And can you still get the 1m even if you die?
