Is 25% too much to ask for a high level?

So zero chances to lose with you but you purposely fly a plane in the water? So you think because you're good, you deserve more? Front up your money next time and be the host, you'll have nothing to lose.

Um...no, you wanna be the host, you pay for your progress, money is worthless.

If you wanna try with ppl who suck, good luck!

To your first question, I said why, learn to read.

Level past 120 means sh*t all. I wouldn't have given you 5% and the heists are not that hard lmao. I bet they got it first try after you left with a random below lvl 100.

lol you wish.

A high level for me is over 500. I'm lvl 652.

I don't mind playing the prison break over and over again with whatever.

With someone like me, chances of failure are almost zero.

So far most ppl have agreed with my price.

Some did not. To them, I said ok go on, give me whatever.

Last one who didn't want to pay, this is what I did:

Near the end of the prison break heist, I was the pilot.

I flew that thing right in the ocean and told the host:

Next time, gimme my price and I left.

I know it's a dick move but this is why I'm asking:

Is 25% too much to ask for a high level who knows what the hell she is doing?

Dude...you deserve a slap of reality Edited by malcolmfunktion

Get a crew. I mentioned that I was a little broke when playing with crew mates and they tried to give me a 60% cut. Of course I had them cut it back but it just shows how awesome a crew can be :D

I did Humane Raid with a group and later on my girlfriend wanted to play. I figured since she hadn't even gotten further then the Fleeca job I might as well give everyone 30% and give my girlfriend 10%. She wasn't too happy lol. Think about it though. We each received about 202k and she got 67k + 100k "First Time" bonus. Hormones yo.

Good for you. 25% should be the minimum for each person.

bitch please:

I'm giving you a share that's dirrectly correlated to your effectiveness on the prep missions, not your skill level.

I've seem countless amounts of players who got their asses kicked in DM, races and missions, either because they glitched, hacked or grinded the same sh*t for hours

You told them they can give as much as they feel like, and you complain that they didn't give you anything?

Well maybe you shouldn't be so vague, and tell them you're fine with 25%, or even 15%, 10%... don't ya think?

OP sounds a real badass(!)

It's only a video game, you're not a mercenary in real life. Chill.

It's a video game and I'm a mercenary in that game. Chill real life idiot.

You seem like a "blast" to be a video game mercenary with! You sure dont have real life skills...

I'm in my 30's, retired and rich, you? Why would I need real life skills with all that?

What if I told you there's more to the game than deathmatches?

I find 40/20/20/20 to be the fairest. Take into account that leader pays and doesn't make any profit off setup.

Take for example Prison Break.

Leader starts with -40,000$ profit.

Other 3 crew members make 20,000$ of the 4 setup missions so they make 80,000$ before the heist even starts.

At 500,000$ split 40/20/20/20:

Leader makes 160,000$ profit

Crew makes 180,000$ profit

The math with 55/15/15/15

Leader makes 235,000$

Crew makes 155,000$

The math with 25%

Leader makes 85,000$

Crew makes 205,000$

40/20/20/20 the crew wins 20,000$ more.

55/15/15/15 the leader wins 80,000$ more.

25/25/25/25 the crew wins 120,000$ more

Level means nothing and 40/20/20/20 is the fairest even cut.

Gonna keep this saved. Keep needing to post it in multiple threads of the same theme.

After reading more, Wow is OP stuck up.

20-25% is the most balance that the host can do to therr team. If anyone agree a less% expect the sometime to fail

I'll take and give 15% the first heist we run together. Trial period to see if one of us sucks horribly. after that it should be 20%

Posted this in another cut thread. OP is greedy.

Based on the first Heist, when I host, Im going 52/16/16/16

When venture capitalist invest, they typically want to double their investment money. So if Im investing 40k, I expect to make at least 40k profit IN ADDITION to what the other crew get.

Crew get 80k total in setup rewards

At 52/16/16/16 of 500k

Host 260k total income

(260-40=220)

Each crew 80k setup total + 80k final heist payout

80k+80k=160k total income

220-160=60k more for heist leader than crew. So leader doubled his 40k investment +20k more than his crew got, who invested nothing, got a payday after each setup, and had the chance to cut and run on his team with money in hand before the heist was done.

52/16/16/16 is THE fairest cut, considering risk/reward for host vs crew. As a host if you take anything less than 52% you're being too kind. If Im the muscle and Im getting over 16% for the final heist, Im keeping my mouth shut and taking the host's generosity.

A high rank means nothing.....I would have kicked you right after yer little child tantrum....

You wouldn't be able to, I know where to make my demand. I aint't stupid.

I kick everyone right back out to loading screen when someone makes demands. I Don't negotiate with terrorists

The unspoken rule is everyone gets 25% unless the heist leader decides he wants less and gives everyone more while he takes less.

If they try to rip you off just leave.. Let them deal with the other randoms that might screw them over or cause the heist to fail over and over and over..

I'm in my 30's, retired and rich, you? Why would I need real life skills with all that?

You got all that, with an extra dose of arrogance.

Very nice, I'd totally enjoy hanging out with you in and out of game.

StrangerMcDanger

So you go for 0% instead? Niceeee. Really sucks for the two people that didnt have anything to do with your paycut. Way to screw over some random people because you didnt get what you wanted.

Percentage is divided multiples of 5 if I recall correctly. This cut is not possible.

Yeah, i'm aware of that, that's why I said races, DMs and missions

there's also captures, versus missions, LTS, parachutting, arm wrestling, golf, tennis, darts, survivals and etc...

however, my point still stands

im LVL 207,

Dosnt mean I wont make a mistake or someone else wont.

If I play with Randoms and I start at the beggining I will ask for 20%.

If I am asked to join a Final heist I will ask for 15% because I didnt participate since the beggining.

You want to ask 25, thats great. but if your not willing to negotiate with someone, why would you think anyone would want to play with you regardless of lvl?

This is a pathetic attempt to belittle others. If it is true you being rich. I hope you go broke, you need an attitude adjustment.

I guess not many people realize that the host has to invest an amount equal to 10% of the heist's take ($12k for Fleeca Bank, $40k for Prison Break, $100k for Pacific Standard, etc.) in order to fund the heist setup. Then the host has to run through those heist setup missions for several hours without being paid a single cent while every other heist member gets paid, before finally arriving at the heist finale and then having to deal with whining about what role they get, how big of a cut they get, etc., and either the host goes through with their demands or deals with people quitting or sabotaging the heist like the OP did.

I've been doing "equal" 25/25/25/25 cuts so far, but all this post did was make me realize my mistake and that I should be making it 40/20/20/20, which is truly fair and equal. Randoms joining my heist have no reason to complain if they have not made any 10% investments or gone through the heist prep missions like I have. They're getting a nice shortcut to the heist finale, and they should be happy I'm not screwing them over with a <10% cut or some sh*t.
