Is 25% too much to ask for a high level?

The thing is, the host doesent get money from the setup. I give my people 20 each and I get 40.

40-20-20-20 is what I always ask for.If I get 15% I may accidentally fail it.If I get 25% I'll do all I can and thank you.20%?Fair deal.

 

I'm level 327, and level doesn't mean sh*t, but still, it kinda speaks volumes about me since I play(ed) lots of heists, completed Criminal Mastermind, etc.

As for the crew.

 

• 15% cut if they're a finale hopper and the host should also be able to keep the extra 5% cut for themself's.

 

• 20% cut If they've helped during the setups.

 

• Never give them a 25% cut.

Unless you anticipate failure. 25% could be the difference of players leaving or not after a few restarts. I wouldn't fly to Sandy shores airfield more than twice for 15%

I always do 40-20-20-20, unless someone is on who's been on preps and is good. And I'm wearing a mic so that i can tell others why I'm giving away a 5% share of my cut. All 25's if there is a crew that's been on for several missions. I know that they get more than me, but i feel it's cool to notice that you are appreciated. Personally i play if i get 15% share without any preparations.

Gave 50% to one really low level on the first heist once. He was happy.

 

Oh and for the question. I don't care monkeys ass for your level. It's always nice to have someone aboard that could know what he's doing, but i guesstimate you should have some money already if you are a legit 200+, let alone 500.
