Is 25% too much to ask for a high level?

Grand Theft Amanda

A high level for me is over 500. I'm lvl 652.

I don't mind playing the prison break over and over again with whatever.

With someone like me, chances of failure are almost zero.

So far most ppl have agreed with my price.

Some did not. To them, I said ok go on, give me whatever.

Last one who didn't want to pay, this is what I did:

Near the end of the prison break heist, I was the pilot.

I flew that thing right in the ocean and told the host:

Next time, gimme my price and I left.

I know it's a dick move but this is why I'm asking:

Is 25% too much to ask for a high level who knows what the hell she is doing?

With 4 players, everyone should be getting at least 20%-25%. Anyone who says otherwise is a greedy asshole, so no. It's the fair amount to ask.

Something like 50, then yeah that's a bit too much.

25% is fair. I will most likely give out 25% every time myself.

But what is also fair is 40% to the host, and 20% to the rest of the crew(because of the initial cut and because the host doesn't get any setup payouts), plus if you're playing with randoms who didn't even help you with the setup missions, that is even less work they had to do.

Anything lower than 20% definitely seems unfair to me though.

I split up the Prison Heist 25% with all just so they'd all be on their best behaviors while I fly the plane around.

But yeah, once I do Heists 3-5 and start joining randoms, I'll ask for 25% or I'll leave

So zero chances to lose with you but you purposely fly a plane in the water? So you think because you're good, you deserve more? Front up your money next time and be the host, you'll have nothing to lose.

There could be a low level player who may have a new charecter so I wouldn't judge people by levels. Some people might think that the lower level players should get bigger cuts because the higher level players have more money. Personally I'd rather rockstar spread the money equally so people don't fight over cuts.

I like this kind of negotiation, obviously it's a game - but it's nice to see a bit of role play! If you are pulling people through then hell yeah you deserve 25%+

You told them they can give as much as they feel like, and you complain that they didn't give you anything?

Well maybe you shouldn't be so vague, and tell them you're fine with 25%, or even 15%, 10%... don't ya think?

No, you deserve 20%. The leader should get 40% while all the crew members get 20% each. Its the most balanced way.

depends on the final take, startup costs and take into account host missed out on 80 to 100k for the preps.

If my take is 240k but i missed out on preps and my startup cost was 40k i netted 200k

rest crew got 100k final take but also got 100k prep missions they got 200k too. (hypothetically)

Whatever that balances out to for the heists set the cuts up. I believe 40% for host is too low tho because that means overall the crew made more

Not true atall. Heist members get anywhere from $15,000 - $25,000 for every set up mission, the leader gets nothing. Add the initial costs of the Heist, and it's only fair that the leader gets the largest cut.

IMO high level doesn't even matter, skill is what it does. I've seen a good number of high ranked (200, 300, 500 and whatnot) players that I'm better than.

You're not going to get special privileges because you spent more time RP grinding than others, but if you are, however, a high skilled player that knows what they're doing, you will get your cut.

Um...no, you wanna be the host, you pay for your progress, money is worthless.

If you wanna try with ppl who suck, good luck!

To your first question, I said why, learn to read.

I'm curious. Is your level legit?? Personally I've punished my share of 500+ players in Fr/Dm and I've also seen players 500+ totally suck at missions(I'm lvl 258)... So I wouldn't put so much into level. Last night I did the whole prison set up and the heist with a lvl 36... As for your 25% cut... nah 20%

Level past 120 means sh*t all. I wouldn't have given you 5% and the heists are not that hard lmao. I bet they got it first try after you left with a random below lvl 100.

The pilot doesn't need to do a damn thing in the Prison break heist. Been there and done that, easy as hell. Just fly behind the enemie lazers and nobody will get a shot at you. Just fly behind the Lazers and let the Demolition guy shoot em up.

At the bare minimum I want 20%. Anything lower then that and I'm sabotaging the mission. And if I'm host, I'm offering no more or less the 20%. If I'm the one footing the bill, damn right I'm getting the biggest cut. Don't like it? Find someone else to play with. I believe in fair payouts, period. Host gets 40%, crew get 20% each. Anything more or less is greedy.

OP sounds a real badass(!)

It's only a video game, you're not a mercenary in real life. Chill.

It's a video game and I'm a mercenary in that game. Chill real life idiot.

Well first off after you reach level 120 whatever level you are means NOTHING. After that what it comes down to is "skill". I can use my level 12 character and more often then not crush all the level 120+ players in the lobby. So overall for a good player level doesn't mean too much

As for the cut, no if you are playing with randoms you should expect just your 1/4.

As for friends if they know you are doing more work then them then asking for a slightly bigger cut makes sense. But again it's up to them.

Teamwork is key, before and during the heist. A happy team working together well is going to work better then a sloppy bitter team.
