its not as bad as it used to be back in 2013 and early 2014...

 

you may find a modder in every session but not unplayable like when modders took over gta 4

Mod menus are patched but still useable rpc/rtm tools.

You know very well what he means and besides, ISO mods? Technically incorrect to call it modding I guess, but still.

 

Anyway, OP, hacking/modding (whatever the f**k) is there quite a bit. Current patch hindered it a good bit, but it'll come back in full force soon enough.

I run into a modder about 1/20 games that I play, so given my experience, they are handling the mods really well.

 

It's definitely not like GTA IV was thank god. (though just wait till PC release comes out... )
