[XB1] Looking for people to do heists (Crew available)

Hey y'all,

 

I'm looking for 3 more people to do the heists on the XB1, aiming mostly to complete the elite challenges on hard difficulty. Don't need to have mic as long as the person is able to follow instructions.

 

I like to play the missions in an organized fashion. Just to provide an example, in the prison break heist, whe you have to rob the prison bus, it would be great if there was 2 teams: one would block the bus on the highway and the other would shoot the driver with a sniper and provide backup fire from distance, later joining as scout car. Just an overview of a plan that might work.
